SOON TO BE Acquainted
MEET YOUR PLANNER
Hi there! I'm Victoria
Ever since I can remember, I have been fascinated with the idea of creating and organizing. From building a castle out of empty paper towel rolls to making greeting cards and DIY projects- my hands were always busy at work. As I got older, I also found myself intrigued by the art of gathering, so I began to volunteer and immerse myself in different types of events. While earning my BA in Organizational Communications at Northwest University, I realized that it was time to collide the passion to create, organize, and gather to become a certified Wedding and Event Planner.
For the past ten years, I have enjoyed becoming well versed in designing and managing various types of events ranging in budget and in size. My experience includes: weddings, social gatherings, corporate events, conferences, and non- profit galas. I enjoy different aspects of each event because in every season of life there are always life moments that are worth celebrating!
Not only does the phrase "soon-to-be" speak to people who will experience a soon-to-be moment, but it also represents one of my life mantras. The acronym for SOON is "Something Out Of Nothing". This phrase encompasses the entire event planning process and reveals why I feel so fulfilled by what I do. From conception to completion - a one of a kind experience is created. I find great joy in the process of transforming a space with a collection of ideas, curated designs, & the collaboration of experienced vendors.
The planning process can be overwhelming, but I hope to make it fun and be a "breath of fresh air" in the midst of all the decision making. My goal is to minimize the stress, allowing you to focus your energy on enjoying the season that you are in.
Your soon to be moment awaits,
let's celebrate!
Cheers!
